John Erbayri is the Manager for the Center for Life Support Education & Outreach at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the Director for Prehospital Outreach for CHOP's Academy for Resuscitation of Children and ExPERT Center focusing on improving EMS Clinicians competence and confidence in pediatric resuscitation.

Mr. Erbayri is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator and along with his responsibilities at CHOP he is an active 911 Paramedic for Marple Township Ambulance Corps in Delaware County, PA. As an active EMS Provider he has witnessed first-hand the importance of the chain of survival and the focus that is needed on early recognition of cardiac arrest and bystander CPR.
