Summary: AHA Educators may feel like Resuscitation Quality Improvement is taking away their jobs or responsibilities; Learn how to leverage the RQI platform to transform your education and prepare your learners how to respond to real resuscitation events.

Synopsis: During this presentation Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Center for Life Support Education & Outreach staff will describe their experiences of building a robust resuscitation education program for their staff. Utilizing a team of dedicated Educators, Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) by RQI Partners and their "home grown" Advanced Resuscitation Training to take the standard AHA education to the next level.

Learning Objectives:

Learn to leverage the power of RQI to promote regulatory readiness while still maintaining excellence in resuscitation training at your organization Learn novel strategies to incorporate RQI into your resuscitation training programs without removing instructor lead training (ILT) Learn to use feedback from real resuscitation events at your institution to create/modify your program
This presentation will include components of a high quality collaborative cardiovascular and resuscitation program in a dispatch, EMS and / or healthcare system that has demonstrated improvement in survival from SCA.
