Dr. Joseph has presented numerous times nationally at various conferences on her formalized in situ mock code program, becoming a change agent to drive innovations, and new innovations and techniques to support staff and patient care during cardiac arrest. Dr. Joseph also has worked on clinical research both here in the US, focusing on handheld electronic documentation during cardiac and respiratory arrest events, and in the NHS related to blood transfusions, at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, UK.
