Paul Snobelen is a Community Resuscitation Programs specialist with Peel Regional Paramedic Services in Ontario Canada. He is responsible for the local development and implementation of pre-hospital programs supporting the chain of survival. He has developed a region wide community accessible Public Access Defibrillation Program with more than 2,000 AEDs registered. He also created the Lay Responder Support Program assisting those that acted to save a life and is a Project lead for “AED on the fly” (AED Drone). He has also implemented a Volunteer Community Responder Program, and involved in a number of research projects supporting the chain of survival.
