Sandra Zambon

Sandra has nearly two decades of experience in resuscitation. During this time she has developed strong partnerships with national and international organizations including the AHA and European and South American Resuscitation Councils. Sandra has extensive experience collaborating with resuscitation researchers, EMS professionals, educators as well as corporate partners. She is a former BLS Instructor-Trainer and led the planning for several conferences including the 2014 Heart & Stroke Resuscitation Summit and the 2016 Heart & Stroke/Red Cross Emergency Care Conference.
Her main focus has been to increase awareness and action around the life saving skills of CPR and AED use. Sandra works with diverse stakeholders across the country supporting the delivery of the Foundation’s Resuscitation programs and key messages. These programs strengthen the Foundation’s mission to help Canadians become ready, willing and able to take action when a cardiac emergency occurs.
