Alexander Presciutti is a clinical psychologist and faculty member at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School (MGH/HMS). At MGH/HMS he is developing interventions for cardiac arrest survivors, family members, and others impacted by critical illness. His research is funded by the NIH/NCCIH and the Neurocritical Care Society. Clinically, Alexander treats outpatients through the Department of Psychiatry.
Alexander has spent the last 8 years dedicated to improving the quality of life and emotional well-being in all those impacted by cardiac arrest and critical illness through research and service. Earlier this year he helped launch the Cardiac Arrest Survivor Alliance (CASA) as a core committee member.
