Steve Dunn, PhD

Dr. Steve Dunn is the Executive Director of Take Heart America (THA), a not for profit, dedicated to improving the rate of survival from sudden cardiac arrest to positive neurological outcomes utilizing the best technologies and protocols. He is a three-time survivor of sudden cardiac arrest and has served on the Board of THA for over seven years. Steve is also Professor of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where he serves as academic director for the MS Sustainability Management and MS Applied Biotechnology programs offered through the UW Extended Campuses worldwide. He received his PhD in Supply Chain Management at The Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Dunn is the co-author of two books, numerous articles and has been a frequent speaker at industry and educational conferences. Steve served in several corporate and plant management positions at HJ Heinz and Labatt Foods. He is also co-founder of The Sage Group, a management consulting firm.
