Scott Helle serves as a Rural Project Manager in the Kentucky Office of Rural Health and provides management and coordination for all Emergency Medical Services related activities for the office. He serves as a statewide resource for the recruitment and retention of the state’s rural health care workforce, with a key focus on Emergency Medical Services. His background and leadership roles in Emergency Medical Services has enabled him to foster skills in leadership, communication, and critical thinking. Scott is responsible for overseeing the success of the EMS Leadership Academy, as well as various other trainings and programs for rural EMS organizations throughout the state. Scott completed is degree in Business Administration at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. He is also a licensed and active Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B).
