Stacy Prosser joined VA Northern Indiana Health Care System in 2021 as a Simulation Training Specialist, where she championed the use of simulation as a best practice strategy throughout the VA healthcare system. In 2021, she was appointed a VHA VISN 10 Simulation Champion, providing expert consultation for simulation-based initiatives throughout the Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan region. Concurrently, Ms. Prosser served as the BLS and ACLS Program Coordinator for VA Northern Indiana, where she led a resuscitation campaign that resulted with an organizational culture change and achievement of tremendous outcome improvements. Most recently, Ms. Prosser serves as a Quality Management Coordinator, where her knowledge of simulation and resuscitation training best practices further promote HRO initiatives that align with the synonymous organizational goal of prioritizing the delivery of highly reliable, efficient, and effective healthcare to our Veterans.
