Melissa Frazier is an RN at SimLEARN under the REdI division. She started her career as an associate degree RN from Harrisburg Area Community College and worked in a cardiac telemetry unit and the ER. After obtaining her BSN from Penn State University, worked in the ER at the Lebanon VA Medical Center as an ER staff nurse. She earned her MSN in 2011 and took a position in the Education department. Melissa was nominated as the program director of BLS and ACLS for REdI at the Lebanon VAMC in 2012 and has been an instructor for AHA and American Red Cross since 1997 and truly enjoys teaching CPR. Melissa had the opportunity to become part of the SimLEARN/REdI team in 2017 and move to Orlando as the Health Education Specialist for VISN 4-5-6-16&17 and continue to do what she loves on a national level.
