Jeff has guided EMS innovators as a specialty consultant; served as VP of marketing, communications and professional engagement at EMS/fire software and data giant ESO; led an award-winning communications team as a partner with the RedFlash Group; worked closely with dozens of EMS leaders as an editor at JEMS and other national publications; and served as an advisor to the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation, the Citizen CPR Foundation, the CPR Improvement Working Group, and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors’ Summit. He currently serves as a member of the EMS World and EMS World Expo Editorial Board.
