At this year’s conference, more than 200 faculty members and hundreds of participants from around the world engaged in dozens of sessions, not to mention the many conversations in the hallways, restaurants and on the exhibit floor.
Dr. Ed Racht, the Conference Program Chair, wraps up this year’s meeting with his always astute take on lessons learned from the week and what trends emerged. He also provides his thoughts on the societal connections between bystander CPR, the “Stop the Bleed” campaign and overdose resuscitation—and prevention—programs.
